1. Pens are used to wright with.
2. You press a button on the back and it hits something that makes it stay.and you press it again and a sping pushes it back.
3.

4. The button and the shell are both visible.
5. I can't what keeps the button in place because it is in the pen and I can't remove it.

    Hi Brock,
    You're off to a great start with your "Black Box" diagram. Remember, the point of the diagram is not what happens in the function, but what goes into it and comes out of it (a useful programming concept). Ink goes into the function of the pen but also manipulation by the user.
